6 Days Safari Tour in Cairo and White Desert

Reserve your spot today

Secure your dates with a 20% deposit: $88 per traveler, based on the starting price of $440. Pay safely with PayPal or a debit or credit card, and our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your trip.

Private tour. Prices change with the season: summer is usually cheaper, while Christmas, New Year and special events such as the 2027 solar eclipse cost more. The final price depends on your dates and group size, and we confirm it in your quote.

By paying the deposit you agree to our cancellation policy: 100% refund 60 days or more before the trip, 50% refund 30 to 59 days before, and no refund less than 30 days before. Nile cruise, flight and train costs are non-refundable once booked. Full details are in the Price Policy tab.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Egypt

At Cairo International Airport, you can meet our representative who will assist you. Then they were taken to their hotel and stayed in Cairo for the night.

Day 2: Cairo Tour

After breakfast, explore the Giza Plateau and the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the last surviving wonder of the ancient world, alongside the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Stand face to face with the Great Sphinx and walk through the Valley Temple beside it. At the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, your Egyptologist walks you through masterpieces from every era of ancient Egypt. In Coptic Cairo, visit the Hanging Church and the quarter where tradition says the Holy Family took refuge. Browse the Khan El Khalili bazaar for spices, jewelry, and souvenirs, and stop for mint tea in the heart of old Cairo.

Day 3: Bahariya Oasis

After breakfast, head into the Western Desert to see its extraordinary landscapes of chalk formations and black hills.

Day 4: White Desert / Black Desert

After breakfast, head into the Western Desert to see its extraordinary landscapes of chalk formations and black hills. Head into the desert for a safari adventure and a taste of Bedouin hospitality.

Day 5: Return to Cairo

After breakfast, explore the Giza Plateau and the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the last surviving wonder of the ancient world, alongside the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure.

Day 6: Final Departure

After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight home, with memories to last a lifetime.

Price Policy

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars per person per trip and can be paid in EUR or GBP.

Children Policy

The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.

Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
Children aged 12 and over-travel at the same fare as adults.

Deposit

Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 20% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit. You can pay it online on the tour page with PayPal or a debit or credit card.

Tipping

Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one's satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don't have to do it.

Cancellation Policy (Packages and Nile Cruises)

Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by email or WhatsApp. The number of days is counted from the date we receive your cancellation to the first day of your trip.

60 days or more before the trip: 100% refund.
30 to 59 days before the trip: 50% refund.
Less than 30 days before the trip, or no-show: no refund.

Important: non-refundable bookings. Once we have booked and paid for your Nile cruise cabin, domestic flights, train tickets or other third-party services on your behalf, these amounts are non-refundable at any time, because the cruise ships and airlines do not refund us. Any refund is calculated after deducting these costs.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Requests to change travel dates are handled case by case, subject to availability, and any supplier charges for the change are paid by the traveler. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
