6 Days Cairo & Hurghada Tour by Bus

This 6-day itinerary is designed for African American and Black travelers who want to experience Egypt as an African story, from ancient Kemet to the Nubian south.

Stand before the Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx, walk through thousands of years of history at the Grand Egyptian Museum, and feel the energy of historic Cairo and the Khan El Khalili bazaar. Unwind on the Red Sea coast at Hurghada, with time to swim, snorkel over coral reefs, or relax by the pool.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival

On arrival in Cairo, our representative meets you with a Black Egypt Tours sign and takes you by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo – Great Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

Explore the Giza Plateau and the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the last surviving wonder of the ancient world, alongside the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Stand face to face with the Great Sphinx and walk through the Valley Temple beside it. At the Egyptian Museum in Tahrir Square, your Egyptologist walks you through masterpieces from every era of ancient Egypt. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Transfer to Hurghada

Our representative will meet you at your hotel and drive you to Hurghada in an air-conditioned vehicle. When you arrive in Hurghada, you will be transferred to your hotel.

Day 4: Open day at Hurghada

Enjoy a free day to relax on the beach or by the pool, or ask us to add an optional excursion. Overnight in Hurghada.

Optional: a desert safari (not included; ask us for prices).

Day 5: Open day at Hurghada - Back to Cairo

Enjoy a free day to relax on the beach or by the pool, or ask us to add an optional excursion. Overnight in Cairo.

Optional: a snorkeling trip (not included; ask us for prices).

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, travel by train to Cairo, watching the Egyptian countryside roll by. Travel by road to Cairo. After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight home, with memories to last a lifetime.

Price Policy

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars per person per trip and can be paid in EUR or GBP.

Children Policy

The children’s policy applies to children who share a room with their parents. If your trip includes a flight ticket, additional fees for your children may apply.

Children under 2 years of age can travel free of charge with their parents.
From 2 to 6 years old: 25% of the adult price
From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult price
Children aged 12 and over-travel at the same fare as adults.

Deposit

Once your itinerary is confirmed, we will collect 25% of the agreed final trip value as a deposit, which can be paid via Online Payment, PayPal, or Western Union.

Tipping

Tipping is part of the Egyptian culture to express one's satisfaction with the good services provided to him by his duty staff. It would be nice to give it when you are satisfied with our services and if not then you don't have to do it.

Cancellation Policy

Important Note: If your trip includes a domestic flight or a Nile cruise, know that there is no refund for the booking value in the event of cancellation of the trip according to the policy of Nile cruises and airlines companies.

30 days before the trip 100% refund.
20 days before the trip 50% refund.
10 days before the trip no refund.
